Reservation Process

  • Grass fed, grass finished beef

    1. We collect a deposit to reserve your beef. The deposit will be applied towards your balance.

    2. Once received we schedule a harvest date with the butcher. We partner with Northwest Farm to Table Co. out of Post Falls, ID.

    3. The butcher comes to the farm and does an on-farm slaughter (this is the most humane and stress-free method for the animal). At this point, we get a hanging weight from the butcher and contact you with your remaining balance due to the farm.

    4. The butcher will contact you to obtain your customized cut order.

    5. Once your order is processed and ready to be picked up, the butcher will contact you to let you know and also provide you with a total due to them for cut and wrap fees. 

    6. Pick up your order (unless other arrangements have been made), fill your freezer and enjoy your meat!

  • Pastured Pork

    1. We collect a deposit to reserve your hog. The deposit will be applied towards your balance.
